Promotion Overview

The HausMoney for the Holidays Promotion (the “Promotion”) gives eligible HausMoney cardholders a chance to win cash prizes simply by using their HausMoney card. 

The Promotion runs from November 23, 2025 through January 4, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). For every $25 spent in qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period, cardholders earn one (1) entry into a random weekly prize drawing for $250 (each, a “Drawing Period”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who hold an active, valid HausMoney card account in good standing. Employees, contractors, and agents of Tiphaus and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Participation is automatic for qualifying purchases. No separate registration is required.

• Earn 1 entry for every $25 spent on eligible purchases using your HausMoney card during the Promotion Period.

• There is no limit to the number of entries that can be earned.

• No purchase necessary. 

  • To enter without making a purchase, send your full name, address, phone number, and email to:

  • Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026.

  • Entries will be applied to the Drawing Period based on the postmark.

Qualifying Purchases

Eligible (“qualifying”) purchases include retail, online, and in-app transactions made with your HausMoney card corresponding to each Drawing Period during the Promotion Period.

The following transactions do not qualify:

• ATM withdrawals or cash advances

• ACH transfers 

• Balance transfers or fee payments

• Reversed or refunded transactions

• Transactions flagged as fraudulent ​

Prize Drawing and Odds

All eligible entries received during each Drawing Period during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random weekly drawing to be held weekly through January 10, 2026. 

Winners will be selected randomly under the supervision of HausMoney and Upward Financial. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Details

• Total Prize Pool: $1,250

• Number of Winners: 6

• Drawings:  6, to be conducted weekly 

• Prize per Winner: $250 cash credited to user's HausMoney account

• Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made.

• Funds will be credited directly to the winner’s HausMoney account within 7 days of verification.

Winner Notification and Verification

Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 5 business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, winners must verify account ownership and identity, and accept these Official Rules and prize terms. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, Upward Financial will issue a Form 1099-MISC (or other applicable form) for any prize of $600 or more.

General Conditions

HausMoney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Entries determined to be fraudulent or in violation of HausMoney’s account terms will be void. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and HausMoney’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating, entrants agree that HausMoney, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for: lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical errors or malfunctions; unauthorized access or fraud; or any injury or damage related to participation or prize use. Entrants release HausMoney and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely to administer the Promotion, notify winners, and fulfill prizes, consistent with HausMoney’s and Upward Financial Privacy Policy.
